On February 28th, 2023 MDOT released a revision to the January 25th Contractor Announcement notifying of process changes for the 2023 April bid lettings. The announcement (found here) stated that MDOT will proceed with its plan to not publish the Eligible Bidders List and will provide a financial range (now
