The city of Detroit, through their Michigan Works! Program, is offering an opportunity for companies to hire from a pre-screened and job ready candidate pool and be reimbursed for 50% of the employees wages for up to 6 months. The OJT employees can be hired as office or field workers but must have a path that will allow the employee to gain occupational skills that would result in full-time employment.
