Changes to Hours for Operating Commercial Motor Vehicles, July 2013

Starting July 1, 2013, changes to hours of service laws for individuals operating Commercial Motor Vehicles (26,000 pounds or more) will go into effect.  If more than eight (8) consecutive hours have passed since the last off-duty period of at least half an hour, a driver must take a break
